Letter to the Editor
And Now Friends
By Jennifer Samson of Redmond
And now friends allow me to convince
That in the Bike Derby you can be a prince,
A princess or a queen or even a clown
A turkey or even a monkey that's upside-down.
You can be Snow White or Cinderella,
Or even Mary Poppins with her umbrella!
You can be Jack and his beanstalk,
Or a man taking his dog for a walk!
You can be the King of all dogs and cats,
Or an old man selling hats!
There is a lot more to say,
But I'm going out to play.
But, now I have told you
That in the Bike derby anything will do.
